About Us
The Islamic Banking, Accounting and Finance International Conference (iBAF) is an international academic conference organised by the Faculty of Economics and Muamalat (FEM), Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). Since its establishment, iBAF has served as a platform that brings together academics, researchers, practitioners, and students to exchange ideas and contribute to the advancement of knowledge across business, accounting, finance, banking, economics, and related disciplines.
Over the years, iBAF has evolved into a recurring international gathering that encourages interdisciplinary discussion, research collaboration, and engagement between academia and industry. The conference welcomes conceptual, empirical, and case-study based contributions presented in multiple languages including English, Arabic, and Malay.
12th edition in 2026, iBAF continues to expand its international reach while responding to contemporary challenges and opportunities in business and finance.
